ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର: ଗରମ ଦିନ ଆସିଲେ ପ୍ରାୟ ସମସ୍ତେ ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ପିଇବାକୁ ପସନ୍ଦ କରନ୍ତି। ଏଥିନିମନ୍ତେ ଲୋକମାନେ ପ୍ରଥମେ ଫ୍ରିଜରେ ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ରଖିବା ଆରମ୍ଭ କରି ଦିଅନ୍ତି। ଅନେକ ଲୋକ ଏମିତି ଥାଆନ୍ତି ଯେଉଁମାନେ ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ନ ପିଇଲେ ତାଙ୍କ ଶୋଷ ମେଣ୍ଟି ନଥାଏ ବା ପାଣି ପିଇଲା ଭଳି ଲାଗି ନଥାଏ। କିନ୍ତୁ କ’ଣ ଆପଣ ଜାଣନ୍ତି ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ସ୍ୱାସ୍ଥ୍ୟ ପାଇଁ କ୍ଷତିକାରକ ହୋଇଥାଏ। ତେବେ ଚାଲନ୍ତୁ ଜାଣିବା ଖରା ଦିନେ ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି  ପିଇବା ଶରୀରକୁ  କି ପ୍ରକାର କ୍ଷତି ପହଞ୍ଚାଇଥାଏ ।

  • ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ପିଇଲେ ରକ୍ତ ନଳୀ ସଙ୍କୁଚିତ ହୋଇଯାଇଥାଏ। ଯାହାଦ୍ୱାରା ପାଚନ ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟା ଦୁର୍ବଳ ହୋଇଯାଏ। ଆଉ ଖାଦ୍ୟ   ଠିକ୍ ଭାବରେ ହଜମ ନହେବା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଶରୀରକୁ ଏହାର ପୌଷ୍ଟିକ ତତ୍ୱ ମିଳିପାରି ନଥାଏ। ଏହାସହ ଫ୍ରିଜ୍‌ରେ କୁତ୍ରିମ   ପ୍ରକ୍ରିୟାରେ ତଥା ସାମାନ୍ୟଠୁ ଅଧିକ ତାପମାନରେ ରହିଥାଏ। ଯାହା ଶରୀର ପାଇଁ ଖୁବ୍‌ କ୍ଷତିକାରକ।
  •  ଖରାରୁ ଆସି ହଠାତ୍ ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ପିଇବା ଅନୁଚିତ୍ । ଏହା ଦ୍ୱାରା ଅଂଶୁପାତ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥାଏ ।
  •  ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ପିଇଲେ ଗଳା ଖରାପ ହୋଇଥାଏ।
  •  ସବୁଠାରୁ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ କଥା ହେଉଛି ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ପିଇଲେ ହୃଦୟର ଗତି ଧୀର ହୋଇଯାଇଥାଏ ।
  •  ଏହାସହ ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣି ପିଇଲେ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବିନ୍ଧା ମଧ୍ୟ ହେବାର ସମ୍ଭାବନା ଥାଏ । ଯଦି ଆପଣଙ୍କ ମୁଣ୍ଡ ବିନ୍ଧା ସମସ୍ୟା ଆରମ୍ଭରୁ   ଅଛି ତେବେ ଥଣ୍ଡା ପାଣିରୁ ଦୂରରେ ରୁହନ୍ତୁ ।
