ପରିବାର ପିଲାଙ୍କର ପ୍ରଥମ ବିଦ୍ୟାଳୟ ହୋଇଥାଏ । ସେଥିପାଇଁ ପରିବାରରେ କିଛି ନିୟମ କାନୁନ ରହିଥାଏ, ଯାହାକି ନଦୀର ଦୁଇଟି ଧାରା ପରି ହେଇଥାଏ, ଯାହାକି ଗୋଟେ ନିର୍ଦ୍ଧିଷ୍ଟ ଦିଗରେ ଯିବାକୁ ଦେଇଥାଏ । ଛୋଟବେଳୁ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ନିୟମରେ ବାନ୍ଧିବା ଉତ୍ତମ ହେଇଥାଏ । ଏହିପରି ଛୋଟ ଛୋଟ ନିୟମ ପାଳନ କରିବାକୁ ଉପଦେଶ ଦେବା ଦ୍ଵାରା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଭବିଷ୍ୟତ ଉଜ୍ବଳ ହେଇଥାଏ । ଯେତେବେଳେ ପିତାମାତା ଏସବୁ ନିୟମ ବିଷୟରେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସନ୍ତାନକୁ ଅବଗତ କରେଇବେ ଏଥି ପ୍ରତି ଧ୍ୟାନ ଦେବା ଦରକାର କି ଏସବୁ ନିୟମ ନିଜ ଘର ସହିତ ଘର ବାହାରେ ମଧ୍ୟ ପାଳନ କରିବା ନିହାତି ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ସଂଗୀତା ଦୀକ୍ଷିତ ମୁତାବକ ଘରର ନିୟମ ଗୁଡିକ କିପରି ରହିବା ଦରକାର ଆସନ୍ତୁ ଜାଣିବା ।

କ୍ରୋଧ ଉପରେ ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣ

ଏହି ନିୟମ ଘରର ପ୍ରଥମ ନିୟମ ରହିବା ଉଚିତ । ଯଦି ଘରେ ସମାନ ବଯସର ପିଲା ଥିବେ ତେବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ମଧ୍ୟରେ ଝଗଡା ହେବା ସାଧାରଣ କଥା । ଏମିତିକି ପିଲାମାନେ କ୍ରୋଧର ବଶବର୍ତ୍ତୀ ହୋଇ ପରସ୍ପର ଉପରେ ହାତ ଉଠେଇଦିଅନ୍ତି । ଯଦି ସେମାନେ ଭାଇ-ଭଉଣୀ ହୋଇଥାନ୍ତି ତେବେ ଏହା ଅଧିକ ହେଇଥାଏ । କିନ୍ତୁ ଯଦି ଘରର ବଡମାନେ ଏମିତି କରୁଛନ୍ତି ତେବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏହି ଅଭ୍ଯାସ ବଦଳାଇଦେବା ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ଏଥିପାଇଁ ଘରେ ଏମିତି ନିୟମ ପ୍ରଣୟ କରିବା ଉଚିତ ହେବ କି ଯଦି ଘରର କାହା ପୁପରେ କ୍ରୋଧ ଆସୁଛି ତେବେ ଏହାକୁ ଶାନ୍ତିର ସହ ବିଚାର କରାଯିବ । କୌଣସି ଉଦଣ୍ଡତା କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ ।

ଅପଶବ୍ଦର ବର୍ଜନ

ପିଲାମାନେ ବାହାରେ ଖେଳିବା ଏବଂ ଟିଭି ଦେଖିବା ଦ୍ଵାରା ବହୁତ ଖରାପ ଶବ୍ଦର ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରିବା ଶିଖିଯାନ୍ତି । ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏପରି ଭାଷା ଆକର୍ଷିତ କରିଥାଏ । ସେମାନଙ୍କର ଏପରି ଧାରଣା ଥାଏ ଯେ ସେମାନେ ଏପରି ଭାଷା ପ୍ରୟୋଗ କରିବା ଦ୍ଵାରା ସେମାନଙ୍କର କଥାକୁ ସମସ୍ତେ ଶୁଣିବେ ଏବଂ ସମସ୍ତେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ପ୍ରତି ଆକର୍ଷିତ ହେବେ । ଆଜିକାଲି ଆନେକ କାଟୁନ ଏବଂ ଚଳଚିତ୍ରରେ ଅଭଦ୍ର ଭାଷାର ପ୍ରୋୟାଗ ହେଇଥାଏ । ପିଲାମାଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝାଇବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଯେ ଏପରି କଲେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଚରିତ୍ର ଉପରେ ଖରାପ ପ୍ରଭାବ ପଡିବ । ଏମିତି କରିବା ଦ୍ଵାରା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଛୋଟ ଭାଇ-ଭଉଣୀ ମଧ୍ୟ ଏହା ଶିଖିବେ ।

ପିଲାମାନେ ଯେବେ ବଡ ହେବାକୁ ଲାଗନ୍ତି ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ବୟସ୍କଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ନିଜର ସମସ୍କନ୍ଧ ଭାବନ୍ତି । ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଲାଗେ ଯେ ବଡମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କ ଉପରେ କଟକଣା ଲଗାଉଛନ୍ତି । ବଡମାନେ ବୁଝାଇବା ଦ୍ଵାରା ସେମାନେ ଚିଡିବା, ଆଡେ ସିଆଡେ ଦେଖିବା, ରାଗରେ କବାଟ ବନ୍ଦ କରିଦେବା ଇତ୍ୟାଦି ବ୍ୟବହାର କରିଥାନ୍ତି । ଏମିତିରେ ପିଲାମାଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝାଇବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଯେ ଏପରି କରିବା ଗୁରୁଜନ ମାନଙ୍କ ଅନାଦର ହେଇଥାଏ ଏବଂ ଏହା ଅଭଦ୍ରାମିର ପରିଚୟ । ଏପରି ବ୍ୟବହାର ସହ୍ୟ କରାଯିବ ନାହିଁ ।

ଛୋଟଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଜ୍ଯ କରିବା

 

ଘରର ବଡମାନେ ଛୋଟଙ୍କ ସହ ଖେଳିବା କିମ୍ବା ସେମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ଯିବା ଆସିବା କରିବାକୁ ସଙ୍କୋଚ ମନେ କରନ୍ତି । ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ବୁଝାଇବାକୁ ପଡିବକି ଛୋଟ ଭାଇ-ଭଉଣୀଙ୍କ ଧ୍ୟାନ ରଖିବା ଏବଂ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ସେମାନଙ୍କ କର୍ତ୍ତବ୍ୟ ଅଟେ । ଯଦି ମାତାପିତା କୌଣସି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟରେ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ଥିବେ ତେବେ ସେମାନେ ଛୋଟ ଭାଇ ଭଉଣୀଙ୍କୁ ମଧ୍ୟ ବ୍ୟସ୍ତ ରଖିପାରିବେ ।

ନିଜ କାମ ନିଜେ କରିବା

ଏହି କଥା ସମସ୍ତେ ନିଜର ଗୁରୁଜନଙ୍କ ଠାରୁ ଶୁଣିଥିବେ । ଏହି ନିୟମ ନିଜ ପିଲାମାନଙ୍କୁ ସ୍ଵତନ୍ତ୍ର ଏବଂ କର୍ତବ୍ୟନିଷ୍ଠ କରିଥାଏ । ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଶିଖାଇବାକୁ ପଡିବ ଯେ ସେମାନେ ସେମାନଙ୍କର ନୀତିଦିନ କାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ନିଜେ ସମାପନ କରନ୍ତୁ । ଯଦି ସେମାନେ ଏସବୁ ଠିକ ଭାବେ କରି ପାରୁନାହାନ୍ତି ତେବେ ସେମାନଙ୍କୁ ଏଥିରେ ସାହାଯ୍ୟ କରିବା ଉଚିତ ।
