ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର:ସାଧାରଣ ନିର୍ବାଚନ ପୂର୍ବରୁ ଫୋକସରେ ଜନଜାତି ଭୋଟ୍। ଟାର୍ଗେଟ୍‌ରେ ୩୩ ବିଧାନସଭା ସିଟ୍। ମହିଳା, ଚାଷୀ ଓ ଯୁବକ ପରେ ଆଦିବାସୀ ଭୋଟ୍ ହାତେଇବାକୁ ଜୋରଦାର କସରତ। ଖାସ୍ ସେଥିପାଇଁ ୯ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାରେ ଗଠିତ ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ବିକାଶ ପରିଷଦର କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକର୍ତ୍ତା ଓ ଅନ୍ୟମାନଙ୍କ ସହ ଆଲୋଚନ କରିଥିଲେ ନବୀନ।ଭିଡିଓ କନଫରେନ୍ସିଂ ମାଧ୍ୟମରେ ୯ଟି ଜିଲ୍ଲାର ୩ ହଜାର ପବିତ୍ର ପୂଜାସ୍ଥଳୀ, ୪ଶହ ଜନଜାତି ସଂସ୍କୃତି କ୍ଲବ୍‌ ଓ ସାପ୍ତାହିକ ହାଟ ଉଦ୍‌ଘାଟନ କରିଥିଲେ। ଏଥିସହିତ ୨୫ ହଜାର ଜନଜାତି କଳାକାରଙ୍କୁ ଆର୍ଟିସାନ୍ କାର୍ଡ ଦିଆଯାଇଛି।

ସେପଟେ ନବୀନଙ୍କ ଏହି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମକୁ କଡ଼ା ସମାଲୋଚନା କରିଛନ୍ତି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ଓ ବିଜେପି। ଭୋଟ ହାତେଇବା ପାଇଁ ୧୯ ବର୍ଷ ପରେ ଆଦିବାସୀଙ୍କ କଥା ମନେପଡିଲା ବୋଲି କଂଗ୍ରେସ କହିଥିବାବେଳେ ବିଜେପି କହିଛି ନିର୍ବାଚନ ଥିବାରୁ ଏଭଳି କାର୍ଯ୍ୟକ୍ରମ। ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ବିକାଶ ପରିଷଦ ଗଠନ ବେଆଇନ ବୋଲି ଅଭିଯୋଗ କରି ରାଜ୍ୟପାଳଙ୍କ ପାଖରେ ଫେରାଦ ହୋଇଥିଲା ବିଜେପି।ଅପର ପକ୍ଷରେ ବିଜେପି ନେତାଙ୍କ ଉପରେ ବର୍ଷିଲେ ବିଜେଡି ନେତା । ଭାରତୀୟ ଜନତା ପାର୍ଟିର ନେତାମାନେ ବିଶେଷ କରି ପିତାମ୍ବର ଆଚାର୍ଯ୍ୟ ରାଜନୀତିରେ ପ୍ରବେଶ କରିବା ଦିନ ଠାରୁ ଆଇନ୍ ପାଠ ଭୁଲିଯାଇଥିବା ବିଜେଡି କହିଛି । ସେ ଅଭ୍ୟାସଗତ ଭାବେ ଅଶାଳୀନ ଓ ଅଶୋଭନୀୟ ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟ ଦେଉଛନ୍ତି ବୋଲି ବିଜେଡି ମୁଖପାତ୍ର ଲେନିନ୍ ମହାନ୍ତି କହିଛନ୍ତି । ସେ ଆହୁରି ମଧ୍ୟ କହିଛନ୍ତି, ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପରିଷଦ ବିଷୟରେ ଯେଉଁ ବକ୍ତବ୍ୟ ରଖାଯାଇଛି, ତାହା ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ବିଭ୍ରାନ୍ତିକର, କପୋଳକଳ୍ପିତ ଓ ଅମୁଳକ । ଓଡ଼ିଶାବାସୀଙ୍କୁ ବିଭ୍ରାନ୍ତ କରିବାର ବିଜେପି ଦ୍ୱାରା ଇଏ ଆଉ ଏକ ଉଦ୍ୟମ । ସ୍ୱତନ୍ତ୍ର ଉନ୍ନୟନ ପରିଷଦ ଏକ ସାମ୍ବାଧାନିକ ବିଧି ବ୍ୟବସ୍ଥା ନୁହେଁ ।
