ନୂଆଦିଲ୍ଲୀ: ଲକଡାଉନ ଜାରି କରି ମହାମାରୀ କରୋନାକୁ ଆମେ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିପାରିବା ନାହିଁ। ସରକାର ମାତ୍ରାଧିକ ପରୀକ୍ଷା କରିବା ଦରକାର। ଯୋଜାବଦ୍ଧ ଓ ମିଳିତ ଭାବେ ଲଢ଼େଇ କଲେ ଆମେ ନିଶ୍ଚିତ କରୋନା ଭାଇରସକୁ ପରାସ୍ତ କରିପାରିବା ବୋଲି କଂଗ୍ରେସ ସାଂସଦ ରାହୁଲ ଗାନ୍ଧି କହିଛନ୍ତି।ଲକ୍ ଡାଉନ୍ କେବଳ ଏକ ପଜ୍ ବଟନ୍ । ଥରେ ଲକ୍ ଡାଉନରୁ ବାହାରକୁ ଗଲେ ଭାଇରସ ପୁଣି ସକ୍ରିୟ ହୋଇ ଉଠିବ । ଏହା କେବଳ ସମସ୍ୟାକୁ କିଛି ଦିନ ପାଇଁ ଟାଳିଦେବ  ଏବଂ ପରେ ପୁଣି ଦେଖାଦେବାର ଆଶଙ୍କା ରଖିଛି। ରାଜ୍ୟ ଏବଂ ଜିଲ୍ଲା ସ୍ତରରେ କରୋନା ବିରୋଧରେ ଲଢ଼େଇ ଲାଗି ସେ ପରାମର୍ଶ ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।

ଏହି ଅବସରରେ ସେ ପୁଣିଥରେ ପ୍ରଧାନମନ୍ତ୍ରୀ ନରେନ୍ଦ୍ର ମୋଦିଙ୍କୁ ଟାର୍ଗେଟ କରିଛନ୍ତି ସତ। ମୋଦିଙ୍କ ଅନେକ ଗୁଡିଏ କଥାରେ ରାହୁଲ ସହମତ ନୁହେଁ ହେଲେ ଏବେ ତାହା ଆଲୋଚନା କରିବାର ସମୟ ନୁହେଁ ବରଂ ଏକାଠି ହୋଇ ଏବେ କରୋନା ବିରୋଧରେ ଲଢିବାର ସମୟ।କେରଳ ୱେନାଡ଼ରେ ଜିଲ୍ଲାସ୍ତରରେ କରୋନା ମୁକାବିଲାକୁ ମଜଭୁତ କରାଯାଇଥିବାରୁ ସେଠାରେ ସ୍ଥିତି ନିୟନ୍ତ୍ରଣରେ ଥିବା ରାହୁଲ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ତେଣୁ ଅଧିକରୁ ଅଧିକ ସଂଖ୍ୟକ ଲୋକଙ୍କୁ ଟେଷ୍ଟ କରିବା ଉପରେ ରାହୁଲ ଜୋର ଦେଇଛନ୍ତି ।ଅନ୍ୟପଟେ କରୋନା ପାଇଁ ସବୁଠାରୁ ବଡ଼ ଅସ୍ତ୍ର ରାପିଡ଼୍ ଟେଷ୍ଠିଂ ବୋଲି ସେ କହିଛନ୍ତି । ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ ଜରିଆରେ ହିଁ କରୋନାକୁ କାବୁ କରାଯାଇ ପାରିବ ।

ତେବେ ଏପରି ଘଡ଼ିସନ୍ଧି ମୁହୂର୍ତ୍ତରେ ରାପିଡ୍‌ ଟେଷ୍ଟିଂ ଉପରେ ଗୁରୁତ୍ୱ ଦେବା ଅଧିକ ଆବଶ୍ୟକ । ଫଳରେ କୌଣସି ଆକ୍ରାନ୍ତ ବାଦ ପଡିବେନି । ପୂରା ଦେଶ ଏ କ୍ଷେତ୍ରରେ ଏକାଠି ହୋଇ ଲଢିବା ଦରକାର ବୋଲି ରାହୁଲ ମତ ରଖିଛନ୍ତି। ।
