ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ୧୪।୦୨ – ଭୁବନେଶ୍ୱର ଉପକଣ୍ଠ ଦାରୁଠେଙ୍ଗ ଡମ୍ପିୟାର୍ଡରେ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିଛି । ଏଠାରେ ନିଆଁ ଲାଗିବା ଯୋଗୁଁ ସମ୍ପୂର୍ଣ୍ଣ ଅଞ୍ଚଳ ଧୂଆଁମୟ ହୋଇଯାଇଛି । ଅଗ୍ନିଶମ ବାହିନୀର ଗାଡି ଘଟଣାସ୍ଥଳରେ ପହଞ୍ଚି ନିଆଁକୁ ଆୟତ୍ତ କରିବା ପାଇଁ ଚେଷ୍ଟା କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।ଦାରୁଠେଙ୍ଗରେ ଥିବା ଡମ୍ପିୟାର୍ଡକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରିବା ପାଇଁ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବାସିନ୍ଦା ବାରମ୍ବାର ଦାବି କରୁଛନ୍ତି ।

ଏହାକୁ ନେଇ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଅସନ୍ତୋଷ ଦେଖା ଦେବା ସହ ପୁଲିସ ଓ ପ୍ରଶାସନ ସହ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ବାସିନ୍ଦା ମୁହାଁ ମୁହିଁ ହୋଇଛନ୍ତି ।୬୬ ଏକର ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ଦାରୁଠେଙ୍ଗରେ ଭୁଆଷୁଣୀ ଡମ୍ପିୟାର୍ଡ କରାଯାଇଛି । ଏହାକୁ ସ୍ଥାନାନ୍ତର କରିବାକୁ ନେଇ ସ୍ଥାନୀୟ ଅଞ୍ଚଳରେ ବାରମ୍ବାର ବିକ୍ଷୋଭ ଓ ଧାରଣା ଦିଆଯାଉଛି ।
